Common questions
How do I restore my membership on a new device?
Open the Plan tab and tap "Restore purchase" on the membership screen, or check Settings → Membership inside the app. Membership follows your Apple Account automatically.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Cookflo. Canceling keeps your membership active until the end of the paid period.
Does my family need separate subscriptions?
No — one membership covers your household through Apple Family Sharing.
How does the free trial work?
Every new member gets 14 days of full access, no payment details required. When it ends, the Recipes tab stays free forever; planning and the grocery list need a membership.
How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?
In the app: Settings (gear on the Plan tab) → Apple Health → Dinner logging. Cookflo only ever writes cooked dinners to Health; it never reads your Health data.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. For the anonymous parts that touch iCloud, see the Privacy Policy — and email us if you'd like your community votes removed.
